Protein Increase

Would you like to increase your Protein Intake? We've got a great recipe! Get some Lucky Star Pilchard. Rinse the sauce off and mix this with some Lemon, Parsley & Tabasco... Open a can of beans and again, rinse off the sauce. Mix this all together with a nice green salad. You can build this from Tomato, Cucumber, Rocket, Fresh Herbs like Parsley and add a sprinkle of Feta. And add some Olives stuffed with Anchovies to make it even better.
