There is a difference between 'Energy Density Foods' and 'Nutrient Density Foods'.

Nutrient-dense foods such as fruits and vegetables are the opposite of energy-dense food (also called "empty calorie" food), such as alcohol and foods high in added sugar or processed cereals.

We recommend to eat Muesli. Why? Well, first of all, it tastes good!

Secondly, muesli typically has less sugar and calories than most breakfast cereals on supermarket shelves. It's high in fiber and whole grains, which regulate the digestive system, are filling and can aid in weight control. The addition of nuts provides a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids (especially walnuts).
