Before you get started with your day, make sure you eat a proper breakfast. Because remember the old saying:

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper!

 Here is a great recipe to get you going for the rest of the day: Overnight soaked oats:

Mix 1/2 cup uncooked oats with 1 cup plain low fat yoghurt. Leave overnight.

In the morning you sprinkle this with fruit (for some sweetness) and seeds (protein- rich to keep you full) of your choice.

Would you like to increase your Protein Intake? We've got a great recipe!

Get some Lucky Star Pilchard.  Rinse the sauce off and mix this with some Lemon, Parsley & Tabasco...

Open a can of beans and again, rinse off the sauce.

Mix this all together with a nice green salad. You can build this from Tomato, Cucumber, Rocket, Fresh Herbs like Parsley and add a sprinkle of Feta. And add some Olives stuffed with Anchovies to make it even better.
