Cinnamon - A Great Addition

Cinnamon is a Cheap, Healthy, Calorie-Free addition to some yummy foods. 

 

Not sure how to use Cinnamon in your daily food? Here are some easy examples of how to use it:

1. Simply add a tsp to your Coffee — Yummy!
2. Add cinnamon to your plain Greek Yogurt, and maybe add some Fresh Berries!
3. Cinnamon is a delicious addition to your Morning Oatmeal. Just a a tsp.
