1. Eat Slowly. 2. Use your Left Hand to eat if you normally eat with your right hand. 3. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day. Add Mint & Fresh Lemon Juice to your water. Or get some Berries & Cucumber! 4. Invest in Ground Flaxseed (1 Tbsp) per day to increase Fiber Intake, Omega 3 Fatty Acid & Lignans. This is to protect cells against certain hormone associated cancers (prevent the effect of estrogen) &control blood sugar. 5. You can add Cinnamon to oats, add Raw Cocoa to oats and sprinkle with Nuts to add flavour. You can also add a teaspoon of Desiccated Coconut to add fiber and sweetness naturally.
