Protein Rich Breakfast
Before you get started with your day, make sure you eat a proper breakfast. Because remember the old saying:
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper!
Here is a great recipe to get you going for the rest of the day: Overnight soaked oats:
Mix 1/2 cup uncooked oats with 1 cup plain low fat yoghurt. Leave overnight.
In the morning you sprinkle this with fruit (for some sweetness) and seeds (protein- rich to keep you full) of your choice.
